MALE TEAM RESULTS

Based on the 5 best age group placements for males for the Male Team Award and the same
for females for the Female Team Award. Teams with less than 5 males or 5 females are
not eligible. So if a team had 5 males and each runner placed 1st in their age group,
the team would have a total of 5 points, the lowest number of points a team could get.
Lowest number of points wins. The fastest cumulative team time breaks any tie.
